Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Deputy General Manager to lead our team in the tendering and bid process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients and coordinate with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with execution teams and maintain relationships with all external parties for bidding jobs
  • Liaise and day-to-day correspondence, as well as legal contractual correspondences with customers
  • Generate MIS reports and tender tracking updates
  • Achieve order booking targets from tenders
  • Maintain documentation and correspondence of BD activities and update credentials on a regular basis
  • Business sales forecasting
  • Evaluate new empanelment and renewal of existing ones with PSU and other agencies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B.Tech in Elect/Mech or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in bidding/tendering
  • PREFERRED MBA qualification
  • Strategic and analytical ability, good writing and calculation skills
