Job Title: Procurement Expertise Leader

 

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Procurement Expertise Lead to drive end-to-end procurement management. The ideal candidate will oversee entire procurement processes, from initial requirements to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, analyze, and share bid responses in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of supplier queries.
  • Maintain accurate master data and facilitate updates throughout the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks through proactive planning.
  • Establish and monitor governance processes for issue management, change management, and quality control.
  • Organize meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed project status reports and present them to senior management for review.
  • Facilitate governance calls with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
