
Senior Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to lead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms.
- Optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms.
- Prepare tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions is essential. Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently under deadlines are also required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is necessary for this role.
