Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing business continuity strategies, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business continuity plans and strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations in the event of a disaster or crisis.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks and threats.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans and procedures.

• Identify and address gaps in current business continuity processes and make recommendations for improvement.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on business continuity procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in business continuity planning and management.

• Strong knowledge of business continuity principles, practices, and standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
