Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Financial Strategist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial operations and control functions across multiple businesses.

This position serves as the financial backbone of our organization, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function to ensure integrity of financial reporting.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong analytical abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising accounts and finance teams to ensure proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyzing workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
