Senior Finance Leader

As a Senior Finance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
- Create and manage monthly management information reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and budget versus actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
- Track and report financial and operational key performance indicators, ensuring visibility across functions.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
Key skills include strong collaboration, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
