Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Design Leader to spearhead our Applications Engineering team in delivering cutting-edge DFT solutions.

About the Role

As a seasoned technical leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering technical excellence, and leading cross-functional engineering teams. Your expertise in digital design technologies, particularly DFT, Synthesis, or related domains, will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the Applications Engineering team to deliver advanced DFT solutions across India.
  • Define and execute strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.
  • Act as a senior technical leader, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and driving process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, promoting long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and roadmap planning.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence and knowledge sharing within the Applications Engineering function.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with technical documentation standards.
  • BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
