We are seeking an experienced design leader to spearhead our UX design process, crafting user-centric experiences for digital platforms and simplifying complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital experiences.

About the Role:

  • Lead the UX design process from research to prototyping, defining information architecture and UX documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and tech teams to drive design as a strategic differentiator.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback, managing and mentoring a team of UX designers and researchers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive design thinking and emerging technologies to create scalable UX systems that adapt to user preferences and behavior.
  2. Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the design process.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies, showcasing your expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.

You Will Solve:

  • Deep user research challenges across micro-personas, informing design decisions and driving business outcomes.
  • Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Define expressive motion-enhanced design systems, elevating our brand's visual identity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/design, with a strong track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
