**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX professional to drive the design vision, build scalable design systems, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver seamless healthcare applications.The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in designing user-centered digital healthcare experiences, including at least 2 years in a mentorship role. They should possess a strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to drive innovation and excellence in digital healthcare experiences.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications, ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs that meet user needs.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD to bring ideas to life.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure accessibility standards are met.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
