Strategic Digital Manufacturing Solutions Leader

Deliver innovative digital manufacturing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end diagnostics across plants and value streams, establishing performance benchmarks and prioritizing key initiatives.
- Design and execute cost-out programs focused on lean operations, yield and scrap reduction, energy and utility optimization, maintenance strategy, and network footprint.
- Shape industry 4.0 roadmaps including mes/scada/historian, iot/edge, digital twins, advanced quality analytics, and aps, implementing pilots with measurable impact.
- Develop business cases and benefit-tracking models, presenting findings to senior leadership and driving change on the shop floor through client capability building.
- Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, ensuring attention to data, cyber, and safety.
- Coach and manage consulting teams, contributing to proposals and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations, or technology domains.
- Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
- Prior experience in managing teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
