Product Development Leadership Role

 

In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead diverse teams of engineers from various disciplines in the development of innovative products, solutions, and processes. Your expertise in product development, testing, and manufacturing processes is crucial to our success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing, implementing, and refining product development, testing, and manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
  2. Managing staff and assigning tasks to engineering and technical personnel to maximize productivity.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes to achieve strategic objectives.
  4. Optimizing processes and product designs to reduce waste, improve sustainability, and enhance customer value.

We are seeking candidates with:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, including experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD, and Agile methodologies.
  2. Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing deadlines.
