Integration Specialist for Industrial Automation

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Specialist to join our team in designing and implementing enterprise integrations across industrial automation environments.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can bridge business processes and technical integration patterns, ensuring data flows seamlessly between enterprise platforms and shop-floor systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards, experience with ERP, MES, and supply chain solutions, as well as familiarity with industrial automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ERP, MES, supply chain platforms, and industrial automation systems.
  2. Apply standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88 in integration design, ensuring consistency and interoperability.
  3. Architect and implement Industry 4.0–ready integration frameworks to support smart manufacturing and connected supply chains.
  4. Leverage APIs, middleware, ESBs, and modern integration tools for scalable deployments.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity).
  6. Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in system integration, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT/OT.
  • Expertise in ISA-95 (Enterprise-Control System Integration) and ISA-88 (Batch Control) standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MES, and supply chain solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, DCS) and data exchange protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in life sciences manufacturing (GxP, GMP).
