Job Title: Business Solutions Director

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive strategic initiatives across the US region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
  • Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities:Persales Leadership
  • Lead and manage all persales activities for the US region, ensuring pipeline growth and revenue expansion.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
Bid and Proposal Management
  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI management, ensuring timely, competitive, and compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Implement and continuously improve persales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Sales Enablement & Marketing Support
  • Partner with regional sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and accelerate deal closures.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Persales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients (preferably US market).
