We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at VAERA INNOVATIONS.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities that drive revenue and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and offerings
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in IT is a must
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹15 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
