Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at VAERA INNOVATIONS.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities that drive revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and offerings
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in IT is a must
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15 lakhs - ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
