We are seeking a Sales Excellence Professional to join our team, responsible for maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm to keep prospective customers engaged.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in sales, preferably in a call center or Tele sales environment.
Key responsibilities include answering inbound sales calls, effectively communicating pricing, promotions, and special offers to drive sales conversions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurately documenting interaction details, meeting Key Performance Indicators (sales process, call quality, attendance, and call conversion, and product selection).
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on the company's market positioning and industry standards.
This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
Persuasive and confident sales approach, strong negotiation skills, active listening, and consultative selling abilities are essential qualities for success in this role.
