Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Excellence Professional to join our team as a Tele sales Specialist. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves making outbound calls to individuals and businesses to promote our services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance, overcoming objections, and achieving set targets.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proven sales success in an outbound tele sales or customer service environment
- Utilize excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively persuade and influence clients
- Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM systems efficiently
- Work collaboratively as part of a team while independently managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success in an outbound tele sales or customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
