Job Overview

BLOWTECH AIR DEVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. This full-time on-site role based in Noida will be responsible for getting the brand approved with various stakeholders, providing technical support, effective communication with customers, and driving project sales in the HVAC industry.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in sales engineering, sales skills, and technical support. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in the field and possess excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to get the brand approved with concerned authorities
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve any issues efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service
  • Drive project sales in the HVAC industry by identifying new business opportunities
  • Analyze and understand technical specifications to provide accurate solutions

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering and sales
  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and its requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
