About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify and recruit new sales talent to expand our team.
- Plan and execute market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
