Regional Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead from the front and ensure that the regional State-wise, product-wise sales target are achieved.
2. Review and monitor region/ state wise performance of the team on a weekly basis
3. Conceptualize and develop region state-wise sales strategies in line with available resources
4. Ensure cost in line with sales generated as per agreed norm
5. To control regional state operating cost
6. Ensure that regional state expenses does not exceed the budget amount
7. Identify opportunities for developing existing market and exploring new areas by market intelligence through field force on periodic basis
Qualifications
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
