Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product usage.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical support activities.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficiency in systematic planning and collaboration.
  • Experience in maintaining customer relationships and handling complaints.
  • Knowledge of industrial paint applications and surface preparation processes.
  • Experience solving application defects which commonly occur after application.
