Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at D engage. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role in collaborating with customer support teams to deliver impactful features and enhancements. You will focus on gathering user requirements and helping translate these into suitable content. You will help resolve support issues and respect SLAs set up.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and optimize content for clients across multiple channels to drive smooth onboarding and feature adoption.
  2. Act as a bridge between customer support and development teams addressing technical support tickets quickly and efficiently.
  3. Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients and internal teams.
  4. Assist in analyzing content performance and provide insights to improve future product and content releases.
  5. Collaborate with teams to improve product features and resolve customer-facing challenges.


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical services or HTML/CSS related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to help guide front-end product decisions.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing product usage data.
  • Previous experience working in a support or customer-facing role with the ability to empathize with users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate product vision and requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
