We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused representative to join our team as a Customer Service Excellence Representative at Aptino, Inc.
About the RoleThis role involves providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or support needs.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Data Management
- Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Performance Metrics
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, response time, and resolution rate.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to enhance customer service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
