Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, client relations, or partnerships (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
