
Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying and onboarding strategic partnerships.
This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
- Built and manage long-term relationships with partners to drive continuous engagement and project flow.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- A strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
