Deputy Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished Deputy Director to spearhead our strategic partnerships and placement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful student placements, employer networking, and industry collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director in devising strategic plans for placements, industry relations, and talent development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key employers, fostering partnerships that drive student career readiness and industry engagement.
  • Enhance student employability through training, internships, and mentorship programs.
  • Oversee the coordination of placement drives, corporate engagement programs, and industry events.
  • Ensure accurate data reporting on placement outcomes, informing strategic decisions and program improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Education, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, or corporate relations, with a strong focus on leadership and partnership development.
