Overview
As a strategic partner, you will work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth.
This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects.
- Run experiments across multiple geographies to test adoption pathways.
- Own cross-functional projects, ensuring execution speed and clarity.
- Support investor relations and key partnership initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable plans and ensure delivery.
You should have:
- 3–6 years in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles.
- Strong generalist with bias to action; thrives in ambiguity.
- Ability to balance thinking with tactical execution.
- Exposure to fintech/crypto a plus, but not mandatory.
- Natural communicator and relationship-builder.
