Role Overview

Bulqbox is a leading marketplace for wholesale buying and selling across India.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Strategic Growth located in Jaipur.

The DGSG will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, driving sales strategies, and handling public relations tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market plans to drive business growth.
  • Manage marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Drive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle public relations tasks to maintain a positive company image and reputation.
Requirements
  • Proven skills in Market Planning and Market Research.
  • Experience in Marketing Management.
  • Strong Sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in handling Public Relations.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
