Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Founder's Office - Strategy & Growth. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience and a strong background in driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting leadership teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building scalable business strategies, enjoys working in dynamic environments, and can seamlessly switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays. They will also design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build trust with clients, and ensure proactive communication and long-term growth.

In addition, the candidate will partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities, conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the founder's level, and work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
