Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, finance, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This role requires a customer-focused and passionate individual who is driven to develop business relationships. The successful candidate will have a strong demographic understanding, excellent knowledge of the finance industry, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA/financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Provide training to partners on product availability, prepare business development plans, and establish strong relationships with partners and IFAs.
  • Recruitment: Lead generation for financial product distributors, coordinating business opportunity sessions, and assisting new FPDs with NISM exams.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  3. Maintain and grow existing relationships with customers and partners.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  5. Manage and monitor performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong demographic understanding and knowledge of the finance industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA/financial products.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused individual.
