Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Customer Success Regional SPOC. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation and seamless onboarding process between educational institutions and our platform.

\

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive training for institute management, staff, and students, covering product use and onboarding procedures. They will also maintain regular communication and ensure timely updates and reviews between our teams and partner institutes.

\

A key aspect of this role is driving business growth through lead traction, business conversions, and partnerships with local vendors and banks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and training skills, particularly in dealing with senior management at top educational institutions.

\

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
