Customer Success Operations Manager

The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Customer Success Operations Manager at Moove. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the monitoring, support, and resolution of drivers' issues within our Operations department.
You'll also serve as a representative and ambassador for the team across the company and to external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities- Train, manage, and work closely with Onboarding/Sales Executives.
- Monitor drivers' performance and conduct daily check-ins to ensure they're meeting their targets.
- Solve drivers' issues while they're in transit and receive inbound calls from drivers.
- Make outbound calls to drivers and conduct driver surveys to gather feedback.
- Compile data from driver surveys and analyze it to inform business decisions.
- Account for all Moove vehicles and ensure drivers are following company rules and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in customer care/support roles.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel).
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
