The Role

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Operations Manager at Moove. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the monitoring, support, and resolution of drivers' issues within our Operations department.

You'll also serve as a representative and ambassador for the team across the company and to external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Train, manage, and work closely with Onboarding/Sales Executives.
  • Monitor drivers' performance and conduct daily check-ins to ensure they're meeting their targets.
  • Solve drivers' issues while they're in transit and receive inbound calls from drivers.
  • Make outbound calls to drivers and conduct driver surveys to gather feedback.
  • Compile data from driver surveys and analyze it to inform business decisions.
  • Account for all Moove vehicles and ensure drivers are following company rules and regulations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in any discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer care/support roles.
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
