Job Overview
Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Dextra Group's sales operations. Reporting to senior management, this position is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration between sales, production, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales operations team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from processing customer orders to ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing demand planning processes to accurately forecast sales volumes and customer demand
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with production schedules and inventory levels
• Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for optimizing inventory levels
• Evaluating inventory management processes and identifying risks related to inventory shortages, excess inventory, and supply chain disruptions
• Providing regular insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales performance analysis

Team Management
The Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for leading the sales operations team, providing leadership and guidance to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This includes developing training programs for sales support teams, setting clear performance expectations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.

Performance Analysis and Reporting
This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance indicators, track and analyze customer service metrics, and monitor delivery schedules to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Operation Excellence
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring adherence to processes, especially with IT systems (ERP/CRM), and collaborating with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.

Customer Experience Enhancement
This role involves initiating and leading initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, identifying customer pain points to propose improvements, and streamlining sales support processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's in engineering or Master's degree in Business field and 10-15 years of experience in business operations. A strong understanding of sales operations, demand planning, and inventory management is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights to senior management.
