Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success: We are looking for a skilled Customer Success professional to join our team at Edwizo. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM, customer success, or engagement roles, preferably in subscription-based models or start-ups.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: The candidate should be proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Web engage, Mo engage, clever tap etc) and setting up automations/workflows.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to create targeted messaging for customer segments.
  • Problem-Solving: A customer-first approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaboration: Team player, able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in start-up settings with a proactive mindset.

Location: This role is based in Malad West, Mumbai.
