Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs and preferences
- Manage all reporting related to customer account health
- Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
