Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Soulflower. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to communicate with all stakeholders and create relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs and preferences
- Manage all reporting related to customer account health
- Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
