Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Supersourcing in Indore. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via regular calls and emails.
- Gather and document feedback from customers to improve services and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer success, customer support, or relationship management.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
