Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via regular calls and emails.
  • Gather and document feedback from customers to improve services and identify areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer success, customer support, or relationship management.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

About the Role:
