This is an exciting opportunity to join our global team as a Technical Support Specialist. As a member of the End User Computing group, you will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing our corporate computing environment.

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for end-users, including hardware, software, network, and server support
  • Managing incoming queries from users via chat, email, and web tickets
  • Prioritizing issues appropriately and escalating when necessary
  • Maintaining users, groups, and distribution lists
  • Provisioning and troubleshooting file and print servers on the network
  • Installing/uninstalling, repairing, and updating Windows 10 software
  • Configuring and setting up Apple, Android, and other mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting VDI environments and resolving VPN-related connectivity issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in a technical support/service desk/end user computing environment
  • Familiarity with Service management tools, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts, document processes, and take initiative to learn and perform senior analyst duties.
