Broker Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Broker Relationship Manager to establish and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic alliances, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between our company and brokers to drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions across India.
  • Identify and acquire new Brokers nationwide.
  • Onboard new brokers to expand our network of partners.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with brokerage partners, coordinate trading activities, and provide exceptional customer support.
  • Facilitate effective communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations and delivering outstanding service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure sustained engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and optimize trading platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions to enhance their success.
