We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and lead the development of strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.
Main Responsibilities:- Pursue and Establish Partnerships: Identify potential institutions that align with our training and certification programs and develop customized partnership models.
- Strategic Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Foster deep relationships with key stakeholders and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Negotiation & Agreement Finalization: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
This role demands strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in B2B/B2E sales (education sector), and the ability to drive revenue through long-term collaborations. Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
- Strong network within the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree (required). MBA/PGDM in marketing, business development, or related fields (preferred).
