
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team and drive joint business growth through strategic partner relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with key players in the technology industry, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation
- Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion
- Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand reach and impact
- Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics
- 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry
- Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making
