Human Resources Manager

This role encompasses leading and managing the HR function, with a strategic focus on driving initiatives across various areas of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

  • Lead a lean team responsible for human capital management, setting clear objectives, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Oversight of HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Develop and execute a culture-building strategy to boost engagement and reduce attrition, encompassing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs.
  • Embed SteepGraph's 5-DNA values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events such as Annual Day and Fun Fridays.
  • Design and approve the total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development initiatives, including SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, covering sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Required Skills
  • Post-Graduation / Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred).
  • Strong leadership abilities with effective communication, influence, and engagement skills at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
