Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Professional to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement and oversee core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition programs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS.
  • Demonstrated strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
