The Employee Experience Manager is a crucial role that focuses on enhancing the overall experience of employees across various institutions. This position involves managing and improving employee engagement, which is essential for driving business success.

As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for conducting structured onboarding sessions and one-on-one conversations with new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company. You will also maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores to provide actionable insights for leadership.

In addition, you will generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership, using HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends. You will also design and manage engagement, pulse, and exit surveys to analyze survey data and derive actionable insights.

Key deliverables for this role include creating an annual engagement calendar tailored for different schools and offices, developing a structured and monitored 30/60/90-day onboarding journey with probation review integration, implementing a transparent Slack communication strategy, and designing high-quality employee surveys with actionable insights.

Required Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong analytical mindset. You should also be proficient in using HR software and analytics tools.
