As the primary HR strategic partner at a manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving People Practices & Policy Implementation:

We are looking for someone to implement corporate HR policies, develop site-specific HR procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:

Manage the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to succession planning, ensuring a smooth transition of talent within the organization.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as an employee champion, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:

Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Compliance & Audit Support:

Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies, providing support in all site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • Change Management:

Support leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR) degree with 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
