HR Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our organization's human resources operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Oversight of daily HR tasks includes:

  • Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational goals
  • Full recruitment cycle management including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
  • Staff engagement, motivation, and retention to meet current and future business needs
  • Bridging management and employee relations through issue resolution and grievance handling
  • Performance review processes and development of improvement plans in collaboration with department heads
  • Organization of training initiatives for employee growth and development
  • Monitoring and implementation of applicable HR federal and state requirements for legal compliance
  • Maintenance of accurate HR records and reports in accordance with audit standards
Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

  • A Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools
