Job Overview

A unified AI data platform for HR is the foundation of our mission to transform workforce data into a trusted source of truth.

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Strategist to onboard clients and drive adoption of our platform to its fullest potential.

  • Configure and enable clients to get the most out of the platform through hands-on configuration and value realization.
  • Track deployment and usage across accounts to drive measurable outcomes and adoption.
  • Provide feedback to guide strategic planning, product development, and technical team focus with clear, prioritized requirements.
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for partnerships and client implementations to speed future rollouts and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or product-facing roles with strong communication and problem-structuring skills. They should be bias to action, learn quickly, and be comfortable with HR/People Analytics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and configure clients for optimal use of the platform.
  • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes through tracking and analysis.
  • Provide feedback to inform product development and prioritize requirements.
  • Develop a repeatable process for partnerships and client implementations.
