Job Title: Cloud Platform Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the growth and development of our Salesforce platform. As a Cloud Platform Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving user adoption, maintaining data integrity, and building scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary administrator for our Salesforce org, ensuring seamless user management, roles, permissions, dashboards, flows, validation rules, and audits.
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, custom objects, and Lightning components, driving business efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, technical, and scalable solutions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with a strong understanding of declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports) and Apex programming language.
  • 1+ year of Salesforce CPQ experience, with expertise in customization and support of managed packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
