As a highly skilled Global Benefits Strategist, you will lead the optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits modules for large global organizations.

About This Role
  • You will be responsible for implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their global benefits needs and design tailored solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations.
  • Execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements post go-live.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to proactively improve system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
