Aggregator Partnership Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Aggregator Partnership Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our sales strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with various aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute online aggregator partnerships to drive month-on-month target achievement.
  • Identify and acquire new potential aggregators to enhance our business reach.
  • Manage direct sales teams, credit underwriters, and call centers across different functions on a daily basis to meet business goals.
  • Conceptualize and execute contests to motivate partners and improve data point to disbursal funnel conversion.
  • Plan annual engagement calendars with aggregators aligned with business priorities.
  • Sales planning and day-to-day operations for aggregator platforms.
  • Liaise with internal cross-functional stakeholders like marketing, IT, digital/BSG to drive agreed initiatives.
  • Work with partners to design and execute joint PA/PQ programs resulting in 3X growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University with 6-8 years of experience handling web aggregator business preferably in banking or insurance.
  • Job Knowledge: Understanding of personal loans is an added advantage.
  • Skills & Experience:
    • Quick learner.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
