
Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to drive growth and performance of complex partnership accounts with financial institutions in India.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned microfinance, inclusive finance, and rural banking expert to leverage their expertise and make a meaningful impact in the lives of millions of people living in poverty.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage partnerships with financial institutions to achieve business objectives and improve access to water and sanitation services.
- Develop account management strategies to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative solutions that meet partner needs.
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support on inclusive financial products and delivery models.
- Maintain high-quality data on partner activities and update internal systems and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, business development, or credit product innovation in the development finance ecosystem.
- Familiarity with MFI operating models, NBFC-MFI regulatory norms, SHG-based finance, and low-income client engagement.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi or other regional language preferred.
