Job Title: Strategic Channel Growth Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales professional to drive revenue growth and market share through strategic partnerships.

  • Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Manage the productivity of channel partners & distributors, ensuring efficient operations and effective distribution networks.
  • Train and develop field sales executives with distributors, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks, strengthening distribution channels.
  • Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & Retailers, gathering and monitoring competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Graduation and MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in business development or sales management.
  2. 4-8 years of experience in channel sales, product knowledge, and market expertise.
  3. Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide channel partners and distributors.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  5. Target-oriented and customer-focused, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
